Change is both a challenge and an opportunity for growth. But anything new or unfamiliar can also evoke fear, anxiety and doubt, so we often see change as an unwelcome intrusion.
This resistance creates more obstacles to moving forward and healing. It is hard to let go of old habits and behaviors. At some point we feel unsatisfied with where we’ve been, but unsure about where to go or how to get there.
